Cancellation policy

Cancellation of registration must be sent in writing to the Conference Organizers. Email: x@kth.se
Cancellations will receive a full refund less 20% administration fee. Substitutions can be made at any time.
The Conference Organizers reserve the right to retain all fees paid in the event of non-attendance at the Conference.
Accommodation will be refunded if cancellation is made 72 hours before the arrival date (3 working days).
The conference organizer can not be held responsible for any financial loss resulting from exchange rate fluctuation.
